Corrective Therapy Unit The Punishment of Penny Wise (by Michael Tapir)

Corrective Therapy Unit is fictive and dates back for more than 20 years. The background is simple: the unit punishes petty offences like shoplifting etc. instead of bringing the case into the court with its long lasting and expensive procedures. The culprits have to sign an agreement to submit to corporal punishment which is sentenced according to the severity of the offence and executed immediately. In the following case black shoplifter Penny Wise is dealt with at CTU.

I bought this VHS-video at a time when nothing was known about revolutionary digital recordings of today, and was so much fascinated by it that it immediately became the favorite of my spanking video collection. It was the initial cause for my preference of spanking ebonies. As there was not much material on this subject availabe at that time, I watched this cassette nearly daily until it finally collapsed. As far as I remember, the video came from Calstar, but they don't have it in stock any longer. So I was very delighted when I found it recently in the Web, thanks to an anonimous who had made and uploaded a digital copy. The quality cannot cope with modern recordings and the copy is not complete (because the end is missing), but it is a unique and remarkable work and deserves to remain unforgotten.

Penny Wise is at CTU because of shoplifting. She is wearing a short black stretch dress clinging tight round her curvacious butt. Her spanking starts in the classic way over the knee, by hand and on that flimsy dress. Soon the dress is flipped up to her waist, revealing a scanty white string and garter belt. We see her exposed globes wobble as the handspanking continues.

After this warmup she is ordered to bend forward on a desk to receive the second part of her ordeal. She has to spread her legs wide and has to reach far forward to grip the opposite site of the table. In this vulnerable and sexy mouthwatering position she is now severely strapped with a short heavy leather strap. There are excellent closeup shots of her streched out behind, and the scanty G-string is cutting deep into her crevice and pussy.

In the next part of her punishment she has to lie on her back up on the table in a very humiliating diaper position. Her sinfully short dress nearly flips back by itself in this sharp bent over position, as she is handspanked again, followed by a thorough strapping of that pert and naughty booty. This is the itinerary end of this web edition. But I remember that Penny Wise's punishment is going on. She is very painfully strapped on her upper thighs and then gets some stingers with the cane. Finally she has to creep around on the floor urged forward again by the strap with a supervisor from CTU witnessing.

There is one more video of repeatedly shoplifting Penny Wise called "The Miscreant" which is not less fascinating. An old and entertainng CalStar, with the "Tallion" ID. It is a prequel to "Corrective Therapy Unit," where we see the serial shoplifter "Penny Wise" caught stealing jewelry. The retail store owner, a familiar and effective CalStar Domme, gets right on the case. It will be the police, "However, we do have an alternative...." We know what that is, and here the private solution includes a trip later, to the Corrective Therapy Unit. In fact this actress did perform in one of the segments in that video, for the charge of repeated shoplifting.

In the store office, the Domme locks the door: "Stand up and take off your clothes." Penny actually doesn't get that far -- the Domme is too excited, and Penny is taken OTK first. The Domme spanks very hard on her pants. Penny cusses her, which we know is never a good idea. Penny does then lose her pants. The Domme has a tawse handy, which Penny apparently remembers all too well from her first visit to the CTU. Over the desk, pants down, for 25 good ones. "A good tawsing does a world of good."

The Domme twirls a martinet, with which Penny feigns unfamiliarity. She gets a hard 30 and can't hold back a "Stop, you bitch." That costs her the crop over the desk, about 40 fast ones, too crisp to count, then even more over a straight chair. Finally the cane appears. Does Penny remember it? "I hate it." The Domme is happy to remind her she will be "eating dinner off the mantelpiece." Only about 8 strokes; a lot of bawling. Some bad news for Penny -- the Domme happens to have been scheduled for a refresher course at the CTU, so Penny is not finished with her.
