Editor's Letter
Information and Background Report
From the startup of my homepage I gave a statement in the "Welcome" and
"Reports" sections of my way and understanding
of spanking and of my choice of models and treating them. I clearly expressed that no minors were involved and that all
actresses agreed. There was also an initial hint and warning that this was an adult site.
During ten years all this has been taken for granted until some stubborn people from Germany started to attack
me on subject and content of my homepage. They insulted me anonimously but in public blogs and forums of exploiting and
abusing my actresses or having minors participating. In other words they accused me of pedophilia and prostitution and
that I would draw an enormous profit out of my homepage from demanding membership fees.
From the start-up of my homepge in 2005 I had registered a COM-Domain, and the registration authority (ICANN)
demanded the deposit of my personal dates. Everybody could look up my true name, my location and telephone number at
who.is. So those anonimous agressors outed and mobbed me, and I gave up the COM-Domain and switched to EU.
The deposit of personal dates was also demanded, but the registration authority (EURID) had to observe the strict
European regulation of protecting personal dates and they don't give them away to everybody but only in case of
punishable actions to authorized persons.
I have already written long times before about the question of age verification of my models. You will find Links to
these reports below and I have marked the important passages yellow. I suppose there is nothing to be added whether
legal age or not and I always handled this question very carefully.
You must know that I never recruted any model myself but I got them either by recommendation
of friends or they were just around at the beach or hotel compound, and as I stayed there alone they often simply addressed
me.
Of course I asked for their names and age but generally it was only an exchange of prenoms and age was always 18+.
In Kenya Mary and Rosy were familiar nick names. One girl called herself first Mary and one day later Rosy, so I suggested to
call her Rosemary. She recognized that I had detected her lie and gave me finally her real name. In French West Africa the
common nick name was Denise. I remember at least three girls with this nick and I never got to know their true and full name.
They also never wanted to make them public and besides a christian name they always had a native african or muslim name.
All girls also agreed to have it videotaped. There was never a
hidden camera and I let them view and approve everything afterwards. Many girls would never have been capable to read or sign a written
contract but I never abused this deficit. So it was the promise sealed by handshake not to publish anything before 10 years had passed
which was ok and I stuck to my word.
In the early nineties it was no longer usual to pay with ballpoint pens or beads or simply to say "thanks" as had been the attitude
of the colonial epoch. The girls were very well aware of the value of money and were eager to earn some. I never abused
their situation and often contributed without demanding any sexual or other performance. To talk about prostitution is
simply ridiculous! Six months later after I had taken this "first" video of Denise I saw her again loitering around the hotel
compound. This time she was really prostituting herself and there was no second session any more despite she asked for it.
I am shure that these true facts will never convince those simple-minded agressors. They only believe what they have
dreamed of in their dirty fantasies, and telling lies and untrue allegations repeatedly and long enough will finally make
them believe it to be true. So I decided to ignore those ignorant people because any further discussion would be waste of time.
