Originally I wrote this article in 2009 as a report on spanking site "ohhteekay.com" who offered some videos of ebony spanking. But access to the site was denied and that's why I asked "what happened to this site?". But the site still existed at that time and visitors to my report informed me that they still had access from other countries. So there seemed to be an IP-blocker installed which blocked access from my country, but I never contacted to ask for the reason, and finally it was still possible to access the site by using a proxy server.
